The Site

The Croydon Gateway site consists of 12.36 acres (5.005 hectares) located in a prominent position adjacent to East Croydon railway station, and adjacent to the East Croydon Tramlink and bus interchange. Much of the site is vacant, formerly used by British Railways.

The site is located within Croydon Metropolitan Centre and is within walking distance of all local services and amenities.

Due to the size and accessibility of the site, it is considered capable of accommodating a large scale development.
