The Proposal

Arrowcroft are seeking planning permission for the redevelopment of the Gateway Site to include:

A state-of-the-art 12,500 capacity arena of regional importance

Retail, restaurants, cafes and bars

Nearly 900 new homes – comprising affordable and private units – including a landmark residential tower of 35 storeys

A lively and attractive pedestrian covered Plaza, which will improve links between the station and Town Centre

A health and fitness centre

A community health centre

A creche
